Return and Refund Policy

Returns 

We have a 7 day refund policy if your order arrives broken or faulty in undamaged packaging, to which a replacement will be shipped out free of charge or broken/faulty item refunded. Our policy lasts 7 days. If more than 7 days have gone by since receipt of goods, unfortunately we can’t guarantee you a refund or exchange.

All purchases are final. Unfortunately, we do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges hence please choose carefully and contact us for any queries. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at welcome@wrapanail.com.

Refunds (if applicable) 

We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at welcome@wrapanail.com.  We might ask you for the pictures or video to prove the defective items. We will refund or replace the defective item once it's approved.

Your refund will be processed once it's approved, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
